Unable to access MKL Link Line Advisor

When I try to access the MKL Link Line Advisor using the <a href="http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-mkl-link-line-advisor/">recommended URL</a> I get the message:

"This site is only accessible using an Intel account."

Gennady, I get the same error as before (I am logged in) :
