With the specific path it all works fine but using -LD_LIBRARY_PATH it complains can't fine -lmkl_lapack etc.<BR />echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH gives:-<BR />/opt/intel/mkl701/lib/32:/opt/intel/intel_fc_80/lib:/opt/intel/intel_cc_80/lib<BR />Which looks right to me (I source the env vars in bashrc)<BR />and using<BR />-L/opt/intel/mkl701/lib/32 works fine<BR />using<BR />-L/opt/intel/mkl701/lib/32:/opt/intel/intel_fc_80/lib:/opt/intel/intel_cc_80/lib<BR />or -LD_LIBRARY_PATH<BR />Doesn't any suggestions?
