Check INCLUDE paths. [MKL_DFTI]</DIV><DIV id="_mcePaste">USE MKL_DFTI</DIV><DIV></DIV></DIV><DIV>I compile using the following command: </DIV><DIV></DIV><DIV>ifort file.f90 -lmkl_rt</DIV><DIV></DIV><DIV>My .bash_profile contains the following:</DIV><DIV></DIV><DIV><DIV># set environment variables</DIV><DIV>source /opt/intel/composerxe/mkl/bin/intel64/mklvars_intel64.sh mod lp64</DIV><DIV></DIV><DIV># set up environment for Intel compiler</DIV><DIV>source /opt/intel/composerxe/bin/compilervars.sh intel64</DIV><DIV></DIV></DIV><DIV>What more do I need to link correctly with the DFTI module file?
