We recently purchased MKL (and are happy with it).

What things are necessary for redistribution, is there anything that has to be added to the installation?

Once you have purchased Intel MKL there are no further installations to be able to redistribute the library with your product. For an FAQ on the Intel MKL license and redistributions see:

So if I understand correctly, the -lic file we received is only for the developer PC (?)

You can redistribute the static and dynamic library files as outlined in the end-user license agreement. Is this your concern? If you have specific licensing concerns, you should contacttechnical supportat premier.intel.com and we can address them.
