I checked just now (7:40 AM CST, 15 April 2014) and I see a big blank rectangle in the middle of the page.

Note that, with recent versions of MKL, a local copy of the Link Advisor is installed. On my system, it is

c:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Composer XE 2013 SP1\Documentation\en_US\mkl\mkl_link_line_advisor.htm

Gennady, the problems persist. Please empty your browser cache and try to use the MKL advisor. Even the MKL forum page is being shown all messed up this morning. Sometimes, refreshing the page fixes things partially.
