I just was able to download parallel_studio_xe_2015 because they said MKL included within it. However, I don't want parallel_studio_xe_2015, I want MKL. therefore, please tell the steps or a link to do download MKL.

MKL is a component in the installer that you downloaded. Run the installer, and select only MKL as the component to install. You can also select whether to install MKL libraries for use with other compilers (CVF, PGI, etc.).
