What do you mean by Format Prototype Package? if that Math Kernel Library Inspector-executor Sparse BLAS Routines package, then we indroduce this in 11.3 version of MKL. You may evaluate this version follow this thread: https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-math-kernel-library/topic/591215

Thank you for the reply, yes it turned out that it the Inspector-Executor that I am talking about. I am gonna look at in MKL 11.3
