What is up with "Intel Premier Support". How are we supposed to get the support that we are paying for? Posting in these forums is all well and good, but paying customers should have some kind of priority support system.

The following link makes no sense to me, when the premier web site itself has the information (below) at the top of the page.

https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-premier-support-legacy-status-update

******Intel Premier Support is currently down for unexpected maintenance.***** For Intel Software Development Tools support you can submit issues to our user forums, http://software.intel.com/forums. For Intel Software Development Platforms, call U.S. based support line at 800-628-8686 ext. 647.

Sometimes the Intel Premier Support might be required emergency maintenance that leads to system downtime, but it usually need serval hours won't be quite long time. I checked with the IPS today, it should can be used without problem. Could you please try again to access and login to IPS, if you still meet any problem by accessing IPS, I will transfer your thread to Start-up forum. Thank you.

Best regards,

Hi Fiona,

Have you checked http://premier.intel.com? After logging in, it still has the message at the top the page

"******Intel Premier Support is currently down for unexpected maintenance.*****"

I assume you are just saying ignore that message?

Hi Fiona,

I ignored the message and tried to submit an issue. I'm sorry, but the Premier Support Site site is non-functional. For example, trying to submit a case fails at the "Select a Product*" step as the web page becomes unresponsive as it tries to search products.

Fiona,

Update: After hanging for about 10 minutes, the website finally came back to life, and I was able to submit an issue. Although the "down for maintenance" message is till present at the top of the page

The premier site no longer has the message at the top of the page. Someone must have gone in and fixed it.
