Error when installing MKL on Ubuntu

When following these steps to install MKL, I run into the following errors:

wget https://apt.repos.intel.com/intel-gpg-keys/GPG-PUB-KEY-INTEL-SW-PRODUCTS-2019.PUB

sudo apt-key add GPG-PUB-KEY-INTEL-SW-PRODUCTS-2019.PUB

sudo apt-get update

Issues occurring on both 16.04 and 18.04

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
