Can't download Intel® Math Kernel Library

I see the the website https://software.intel.com/en-us/mkl displays 'Free download' and submitted the form you asked twice, one is last Friday one is this Wednesday, you always tell me 'Thank you for registering for Intel® Performance Libraries.
Please check your email for instructions to download your product. Note that this may take up to two business days. If you have any questions please refer to our support page.' But until now I only received an email to thank for subscribing to receive email from Intel about marketing.

What's wrong?

Same issue, the website is misleading, and turn around in an infinite loop.

It was probably too easy to have a bunch of direct link for download ...

Same here I am suppose to receive an email within 2 weeks, no reply.

I did everything normal, registered with my university mail address, give all the information I could, yet no news from intel.

I only receive spam from intel about things that are not relevant the math kernel libs.
