CblasConjNoTrans in complex BLAS level 3 routines

Hi,

would it be possible to add the CBLAS_TRANSPOSE option CblasConjNoTrans for the complex BLAS routines which perform a matrix multiplication? This is not present in netlib, but it is in openblas, for instance.

Intel MKL API is aligned with Netlib:

You could submit the Feature Request into the official Intel Online Service Center channel.
