topic FFTw in Intel® oneAPI Math Kernel Library

I'm using a c++ code. When i try to run that code I'm getting an error that fftw3xc_intel is not found. I've already downloaded oneMKL and when i searched online i found that I have to compile the wrappers. Can anyone tell how to do that?
