      <title>Why GETRF Partial Pivoting and GETRF without Pivoting have a same execution time?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I did some test with GETRF Partial Pivoting version and GETRF Without Pivoting version. I was expected to see Without Pivoting version is faster but they have equal executing time. Do I did some mistake or this is just a normal behavior of GETRF?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you please provide us a sample reproducer for both pivot and without pivoting version.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;and also how the execution time is being calculated)&lt;/P&gt;
