You can find the MKLConfig.cmake file under the below mentioned path (path where you have installed MKL) depending on your OS

In windows:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\mkl\2022.1.0\lib\cmake\mkl

Reference link:

In Linux & macOS:

/opt/intel/oneapi/mkl/2022.1.0/lib/cmake/mkl
