Can't compile MKL include file mkl_rci.f90

Using oneMKL 2023, oneHPC 2023, VS 2022. All latest. I get these errors in both 32 and 64 bit configurations compiling with IFORT.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\compiler\2023.0.0\windows\..\..\..\mkl\latest\include\mkl_rci.f90(28): error #6617: The END statement for a CONTAINed procedure is missing.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\compiler\2023.0.0\windows\..\..\..\mkl\latest\include\mkl_rci.f90(28): error #6702: END statement confusion.

Never mind. Obviously its not an include file, but needs to be compiled separately.
