topic blacs_set in Intel® oneAPI Math Kernel Library

The Intel MKL documentation for blacs_set only lists three values for the 'what' argument : 1, 11, 12. However, the blacs user's guide

http://www.netlib.org/blacs/lawn94.ps

lists a number of additional variables (section 9.4.2). In particular I am interested in the ones pertaining to repeatability, 15, and coherence, 16.

Does Intel MKL blacs respond to these options even though undocumented?

Thanks,
John
