Can we distribute header files?

The Intel Simplified Software License (Version October 2022) says

"You may use and redistribute the software, which is provided in binary form only..."

but the Intel Simplified Software License (Version August 2021) doesn't mention "binary form".

Does this mean we can distribute header (.h) files from August 2021 licensed versions of MKL but not October 2022 licensed versions?

Header files are useful for using MKL in open source application so the users can recompile the application.

Victor, please note that we will not be able explain the terms stated in the Intel® Simplified Software License (Version February 2020) or Intel End User License Agreement for Developer Tools (Version October 2021).

We suggest you to contact your legal department for any queries related to any confusion regarding the terms & conditions stated in the agreements.
