      <description>&lt;P&gt;After reading the cublas level-1 scal functions, I wonder if the oneMKL blas level-1 function "scal" expects a scalar&amp;nbsp; "alpha" (i.e. float or double).&amp;nbsp; Thanks for clarification.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;cublasStatus_t&lt;/SPAN&gt;
