where can I download history release say 2024.0?

Hello,

I'm facing same issue mentioned as in https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/issues/123097, it suggests to downgrade onemkl to <= 2024.0.0. I'm having trouble searching for a download link for history releases. Would you be able to provide the link?
