Question: What is wrong with my installation?

Below is my environment:

windows 10
visual studio 2019 - 16.11
OneAPI tookkit:
- Basekit-2024.1.0.595
- Basekit_32bit 2024.1.0.228
- HPCkit-2024.1.0.561

Matrix_mul result:

Device: Intel(R) UHD Graphics
Problem size: c(150,600) = a(150,300) * b(300,600)
