Ubuntu 22.04 broken system + unmet dependencies due to Intel driver & software installations

Dear Intel,
installing GPU drivers, oneAPI and AI toolkits for my "Intel Arc A730M Graphics" on Ubuntu 22.04 somehow broke my whole system, I sadly face these unmet dependencies:

part 1

$ sudo apt --fix-broken install

In my hopeless attempts to somewhat solve these issue, I followed e.g. https://superuser.com/questions/1386209/how-to-solve-this-dependencies-apt-fix-broken-install

sudo dpkg --force-all --configure -a
sudo dpkg --purge --force-depends libglvnd0
sudo apt --fix-broken install
sudo apt-get -f install

The command
$ sudo dpkg --purge --force-depends libglvnd0
triggered this output:

part 3 - I have two questions to Intel:
1. How to solve the two issues with the installed oneAPI version 2024.1 that two object files appear corrupted (not a symbolic link, wrong magic bytes), please?
2. How to solve for the unmet dependencies the Intel driver & software installations caused to my Ubuntu system, please?
