I buy parallel_studio_xe_2017_update1 at 2016. And I install it on my server. Due to some reasons, I need to reinstall the operating system on the server that I need to handle. So I need reinstall parallel_studio_xe_2017_update1 with license key. But some errors have occurred。 My network is normal. How should I solve this problem.
