    <description>&lt;P&gt;the userguide.pdf file appears to be corrupted in my installation. I have tried reinstalling, but this does not help. This only became a problem once I installed the 11.0 C++ compiler which seems to have superseded my previous independent installation of the MKL.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
