Dear Amanda,

Your KB articles on running MATLAB with Intel MKL are great. The only thing is that since October i'm trying to have the Linux MKL working with Matlab R2007a (cf. my previous post) and i couldn't find anywhere the solution.
Could you please help me solving this issue? It would be really a great help.

I haven't tested anything on Linux yet (we have long-term plans to do this but nothing in the near future), but here is what you can try:

Use the Intel MKL 10.0 for Linux custom builder to create a shared object for use with MATLAB. Export all the symbols in the blas_listand add these 4 symbols (dcabs1, scabs1, lsame, and xerbla).

I'll be interested to know your results.
