MKL libary on AMD laptop

Hi,

I installed MKL on my AMD based laptop, ( DV9308nr) , but while linking the libraries I get blas errors.
I used the following:

MKL_DIR = /opt/intel/mkl/10.2.2.025/lib/em64t
BLASLIB = $(MKL_DIR)/libmkl_blacs_lp64.a -lpthread

but I get errors while compiling the code, it says that blas functions unavailable. can someone help ?
