topic VML license in Intel® oneAPI Math Kernel Library

Hello. On many pages at intel.com it is mentioned that VML is free, but from the license email (of the MKL package) it seems it is an eval license for 30 days.

What is the current policy?

It matters because I am doing some hobby work.
