    <description>Hi all again:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since coo format is more intuitive and easy to use i am filling the matrix in this format first. but not in a line by line order but block by block.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and then when i convert to csr format the rowindex is not correct&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;does mkl provide a sorting routine ?</description>
