I got some issues installing openCL on my computer, an error occurs and I don't know what is wrong.

I have got Windows7 32bits, with an Intel(R) core(TM) i7-3770T CPU. I downloaded the installer from your web site :

"http://software.intel.com/en-us/vcsource/tools/opencl-sdk"

I got the software correctly downloaded : "intel_sdk_for_ocl_applications_2013_x86_setup.exe"

But when I run it, an error occurs and there is no way to learn anything more about what happened.

So my question is, considering my situation, do you know what am I doing wrong? And is there a solution?

Maximilien, This is just a help message from Windows Installer. What you need is to run the installer (exe file), specify some folder for the files to be extracted into, clear 'Remove temporarily extracted files' checkbox, press extract, wait for extraction to complete. Run the command: msiexec /i [FULL PATH TO MSI PACKAGE] /lvx* log.txt where [FULL PATH TO MSI PACKAGE] will consist of the folder you specified and '\Intel® SDK for OpenCL Applications 2013\x64\intel_sdk_for_ocl_applications_2013_x86.msi' Thanks, Yuri

Try to install VC++

Try to install VC++ redistributable runtime included to exe package before msi installation:
Run the installer (exe file), specify some folder for the files to be extracted into,
clear 'Remove temporarily extracted files' checkbox, press extract, wait for extraction to complete.
Install "vcredist_x86\vcredist_x86.exe"
Install "Intel® SDK for OpenCL Applications 2013\x86\intel_sdk_for_ocl_applications_2013_x86.msi"

It doesn't work. I already have Visual Studio 2010 installed on my computer so the vredist only offers to repair some package.
The same error appears in the end.

I have the same problem. I have updated windows. I have installed Visual Studio C++ 2010 Express. I have installed the Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 7 and .NET Framework 4 (Windows SDK 7.1). I then updated the Visual Studio 2010 SP1 after installing the Windows SDK. Finally I installed KB2519277 to restore the 64-bit compilers and libraries. When I execute the intel_sdk_for_ocl_applications_2013_x64_setup, it install the run-time only but fails with the SDK. All help appreciated!!!
