    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not seen this error before, but it looks like the installer is attempting to change a value of the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;Explorer_LOCALMACHINE_LOCKDOWN registry key. &amp;nbsp;It looks like this affects Internet Explorer, not Visual Studio or Eclipse. &amp;nbsp;Let me see if I can find more info on what is happening internally. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my name is Ararat.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In Installation, In the penultimate paragraph write this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;"Could not write value devenv.exe to key Explorer_LOCALMACHINE_LOCKDOWN. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key,or contact your support personnel."&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;and I have two choice "Retry"-nothing happen,or "Cancel".I have VS 2012 and Eclipse maybe problem is that?Can you help me?&lt;/P&gt;
