      <description>Just trying to build the VS2008 project converted to VS2010 and&lt;BR /&gt;some headers won't load:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt;c:\\users\\wotan\\documents\\intel\\opencl sdk\\1.5\\samples\\shallowwater\\lib\\cong\\d3d10\\effectmanagerd3d10impl.cpp(25): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'RenderD3D10.fx.h': No such file or directory&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We reproduced this issue. Build dependency check fails after project convertion due to unknown reason. Please, try to build converted project several times as workaround."Cntrl+Shift+B"keys combination pressed 3-5 timessucceeded in my case. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
