Optane disabled after shutting down system

Hi there,

My last question seems to have been closed down but unfortunately my issue still so I'm posting again!

I just recently bought a new system which has Optane installed on it (running on a second mechanical drive with an SSD as the main boot drive.) When I ran the setup process it was set up on the second drive with no problems

Similarly, following a system reboot everything was still working fine.

However, if I shut down my system completely and then turn it on again upon logging into Windows the Optane Software will disable optimisation.

This recreates 100% of the time. I'm not sure what could be causing the issue - any help would be greatly appreciated!
