When you say that your motherboard does not have a "native M.2 port for Optane", do you mean that your motherboard does not have a M.2 port at all? Or that it is not an Intel Optane memory ready motherboard (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/optane-memory-ready-boards-where-to-buy.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/optane-memory-ready-boards-where-to-buy.html)?

All requirements are met but the motherboard has no M.2 port. My PC is an HP Prodesk 400 G4. Can I use a generic adapter pcie x4 to m.2 nvme?

If you have no M2 port, then all requirements are not met.

Did you read the documents from the links I attached?

What operating system?

Did you run the System Support Utility?

Yes, I read them.

Also in the manual says as requirement " M.2 type 2280 connector on a PHC Remapped PCIe controller and lanes in a x2 or x4 configuration with B or M keys that meet NVMe Spec 1.1"

The OS is Win 10 x64 Pro

I didn't run the utility because my PC is new HP ProdDesk 400 G4 and for now don´t turn On it. First i want install de module

Thank you for the clarification.

Using a PCIe x4 to M.2 adapter is not a tested and validated configuration, which means that we cannot guarantee that the module will work as expected.

We checked the link that you shared and even though it seems that your system meets most of the base requirements, an Intel Optane memory ready UEFI BIOS is required:

Since your system is not on the list of Intel Optane memory ready motherboards, our suggestion is to contact your system's manufacturer (https://support.hp.com/co-es/ https://support.hp.com/co-es/) and ask if your system has an Intel Optane memory ready UEFI BIOS.
