This notification started popping up randomly, from windows explorer first, which I muted notification and now from chrome too, this had me concerning and I couldn't find a fix. There was a similar question but the answer wasn't provided. I believe that My PC doesn't come with optane memory, but anyways check out the attachments.

This is caused by Windows 10 1903 update.
To fix this click on Windows key + x.
Click on Apps and Features.
Select "Optane Memory Extension" (on the right pane) and uninstall it.
