intel optane memory 32gb not detected

got installed in a new computer

the pc used to detected

installed driver and intel rapid storage

activated optane genie

and now its not detected on pc or bios at all

atached a txt with information of my pc

Thank you for posting in the Intel® communities.

I understand that you are not able to see the module in BIOS nor OS level, however I’m confused about if you had the Intel® Optane™ Memory setup before in this system. Could you please let me know if the module was working fine before, or if you did a system change like replacing the HDD or re-installing the Windows* OS?
