Intel Optane Error

I recently installed the intel optane memory application as I realized it wasn't being utilized by my PC. I keep trying to enable intel optane memory through the app but everytime I get error code 0xA0010055. I allocated memory for the intel optane memory, but even that didn't work. I am confused on what to do because I'd love to utilize it.

Do you even have an Optane memory module installed? Which module?

Does your system support Optane?

Did you create a partition at the end of your HDD?

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

Hi @Calvin

Follow Intel instructions to create 5MB unallocated space in the end of your HDD. Then try to enable Optane again.
