Hello Ramx2,

As we understand, you need assistance with your Intel® Optane™ Memory M10 Series. If we infer correctly, we will appreciate it if you can review the following information:

• As stated in the Frequently Asked Questions for Intel® Optane™ Memory article (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000024018/memory-and-storage/intel-optane-memory.html<LI-EMOJI id="lia_disappointed-face" title=""></LI-EMOJI>

System acceleration is only supported with one module and one supported drive. Additional modules in the system aren't supported for system acceleration.

• We do advise you to consult with your motherboard manufacturer if the usage of this expansion card is supported when you are trying to configure the Optane memory.

• Regarding the BIOS configuration to use your Optane, we advise you to consult your Motherboard manufacturer manual available on their website (https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-Z390-E-GAMING/HelpDesk_Manual/) or to open a ticket with them through their support lines.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
