&lt;P&gt;3. What Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver are you working with? Please let me know the version of your Intel RST driver.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Provide a full system report using Intel SSU:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;To save your scan, click Next and click Save.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
