Intel Rapid storage, intel optane offline.

Hi guys, I just purchased an Alienware r7 with 16g of Intel optane and have been getting a warning from Intel rapid storage. Im posting a couple of screen shots, it says it is offline. Should I click the clear metadata? How do I get it online? Thanks.

Thank you for contacting our support community. We understand your situation regarding the Intel Optane™ Memory.

We recommend you to backup all your data because there may be a risk of losing all your information once you hit the clear metadata option. Once you have the backup, you can click the "Clear Metadata" option.
