      <title>Intel Optane Memory wrongly unsupported</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I just got Optane M10 16Gb and trying to install to my pc which I know is definitely optane supported but it doesn't go well. The "SetupOptaneMemory.exe" straight up said "Unsupported Chipset" on a 400 series chipset.&lt;BR /&gt;Yes, I installed the latest chipset driver from the mobo manufacturer.&lt;BR /&gt;Yes, I enabled Intel RST SATA mode.&lt;BR /&gt;Yes, I have the latest mobo driver, it was released 4 years ago&lt;BR /&gt;and Yes, I have a HDD and SSD with more than enough space the optane could ever ask for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="ZACKT_0-1744117356975.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.intel.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/64656i62A5F8CB278E52B5/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400&amp;amp;whitelist-exif-data=Orientation%2CResolution%2COriginalDefaultFinalSize%2CCopyright" role="button" title="ZACKT_0-1744117356975.png" alt="ZACKT_0-1744117356975.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then you may ask, what about using RST program? doesn't work. It said no compatible disk pair or something.&lt;BR /&gt;System SSD is NVMe M.2 on M.2_1 slot&lt;BR /&gt;Optane is installed on M.2_2&lt;BR /&gt;Windows 11 Pro on the latest version&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will give up on using intel product if this doesn't get solved or fixed for all people.&lt;BR /&gt;This thing took half a day of me trying to diagnose and use. It bricked my PC twice, totalled for 6 hours. luckily system restore was able to save my pc&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PLEASE FIX!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
