Sold an Engineering Sample.

I just purchased what I thought was a XEON E5 2637 v3 but it is actually an engineering sample. Now, what do I do? I was told that those were the property of Intel, and are never to be sold. If I try to send it back they will just sell it to some other poor schmuck who thinks they are getting a production CPU.

Engineering sample (ES) processors are also known as qualification sample processors. They are pre-production processors Intel loans to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), original device manufacturers (ODMs), and independent software vendors (ISVs) to be used in the product design cycle before product launch.
