Hello,

for a personal project (low-power-NAS) i've been looking into the 945GM series of chipsets.

A matching processor is the SLA2U (U7600). I found (on ebay) a PGA version which should be 478 pins.

A perfect mainboard, bit expensive but feature-rich, is the http://www.portwell.com.tw/download/ec/datasheet/Ruby-9713vg2ar.pdf http://www.portwell.com.tw/download/ec/datasheet/Ruby-9713vg2ar.pdf

Contacted the importer in the NL's. They tell me this processor is not supported because it is BGA (479 pins).

According to a sheet i found this is a BGA.

Can somebody verify if this is 478 or 479?

Thanks,

Martijn
