Clarification on PCI Express Configuration (Celeron)

I have a question regarding the "PCI Express Configuration" of CPUs.

The ARK lists, for example, for the Celeron G1820 and G1820T a PCI Express Configuration of 1x16, whereas for the Celeron G1820TE, it lists one of 1x16, 2x8, 1x6/2x4. I found this a bit odd, since they basically should be the same base chip.

Now my question is, does that mean the first two will only support one expansion card, even if the mainboard has two x8-slots and I have two x8-cards?

Based on the processor specifications for G1820TE, means the processor can handle the following:

1 slot of x16 speed

Or 2 slots of x8 speed

Or 1slot of x8 speed

Or 2 slots of x4 speed.

The configuration depends on the integration of the computer manufacturer.

Thank you for answering, I see the product information has been updated to show all three CPUs support multiple PCIe configurations as well.
