But because teh socket is different. depending on the i7 you want you will need a 1366 or 1156 socket motherboard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to upgrade a Pentium 4 HT processor with an Intel Core i7.  Is this possible or would I need to upgrade the motherboard from a 32 bit to a 64 bit?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
