After I turn my notebook on, sometimes it's running at 2.1ghz which is his stock speed, but sometimes it turns on at 1.2ghz, I think it's because of SpeedStep technology, but, this clock won't get back to stock speed again (to 2.1ghz), so sometimes I need to restart my notebook so many times until it gets the right speed.
