Hi Theelguy,

I am sorry to hear you are having problems but let me help you.

I recommend you running the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool. This software diagnoses every internal component inside the processor. If the capacitors seem broken/melted/burnt there may be problem with the processor and in fact can damage your board.

You can get the IPDT at the following link:

32 Bit:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19791&keyword=processor+diagnostic&lang=eng https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19791&keyword=processor+diagnostic&lang=eng

64 Bit:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19792&keyword=processor+diagnostic&lang=eng https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19792&keyword=processor+diagnostic&lang=eng

In case you are in doubt I recommend you contacting your local support for diagnose of the processor or a replacement if necessary.
