i7-3960X

Is it pci 3.0 or no?

I've seen adds that it is however when I look at it on ark.intel it says its pci 2.0

I'm asking cause I want to use it in the Gigabyte assasin board but I want pci 3.0 vid cards or should I just stick to 2.0 and be happy?
