The title says it all, please help.

Specs:

CPU: i5 6600k

Graphics Card: Radeon 380x (drivers installed, still performing below average)

RAM: Vengeance 1600mhz 16 gigabytes.

OS: Windows 10

Please try uninstalling current driver version installed, use this method;

Please try with this method, installing the driver manually.

In regards to your graphics card, I would recommend you to contact the manufacturer for your graphics card driver. Please let me know how it goes.

If the issue persists, Could you please attach the result of the Intel® System Support Utility?

Did you try a clean uninstall of the Graphic drivers?
