Bad graphic when playing video

My laptop has this condition when I play video *as you can see in the picture. It has shadowy, blurry, or whatever that is. Can someone help me how to fix it? By the way, I have Intel HD Graphic 3000

Download the utility

Run the exe and select 'Scan'

Save and include it as an attachment in the Intel Community Forum
