i7 2600k only 654 Marks in XTU on 4.5 (max 4,75 GHz) ?

So I am on air cooling and benchmark shows 73° as highest temperature.

Hyperthreading enabled.

I've reached more than 800 score in the past with "only" 4.4 GHz (or even lower?)

CPU-Z showed max. 1.33 V for CPU...

How is XTU score calculated?
