Processor Advice

I need some advice on which processor to choose. I can't decide between the i5-750 or i5-660. I'm not a gamer, but I do quite a bit of video editing/encoding using Adobe CS3. Would I get better performance with a true quad core, or a dual core with HT and a higher turbo mode frequency? Unfortunately the i7 line is over my budget.

If You Use Adobe Products, you Can USE A DDR 3 GRAPHICS CARD of 1GB Memory with DUAL Display options, That WIll Improve you Whole System Performance, And IF POSSIBLE you Can Use Anothe 2GD RAM in Your RAM SLOT FOR Good SPEED Performance.
